Our work in the world is our contribution to the present and the future.  This work that we have to do, has the potential to cause us to both flourish and to burnout.  If we choose, we can attend to developing professional practices that will favour our flourishing.  I have spent over 25 years working with groups, nationally and internationally, developing professional practices to avoid burnout and encourage flourishing.
